What is your returns policy?

Coco & Jax offers an easy, hassle free process for all change of mind orders.

If you are not completely happy with your order please return it to us for an exchange, credit note or refund. We will be able to assist you within the following guidelines;

1. Item is returned within 7 days of purchase

2. Item has not been worn, altered, washed or damaged.

3. Item is in original packaging with all swing tags still intact.
